- the birth phases and what you can do during those

- what do I need for the birth and the first time with the baby at home?

- the 1x1 of the postpartum period

- introduction to breastfeeding and feeding the child in the first weeks of life

- preparation for challenges in the new phase of life

The course was designed with the idea of strengthening the parents' self-confidence, supporting their gut feeling and

offering sensitive information on the big topic of becoming a parent.
